Cancellation policy

Coffee subscriptions

Our coffee subscriptions renew automatically. Choose delivery every week, every two weeks or every month. The coffee, grind, quantity, price and recurring delivery charge are shown before you complete checkout. UK subscription delivery is £3.99 per scheduled shipment.

Manage, skip, pause or cancel

There is no minimum number of orders. You can skip an upcoming order, pause or cancel your subscription through the Subscriptions section of your customer account. Make changes before your next payment is processed to prevent that scheduled order being charged. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or dispatched.

For help with your subscription or an order, email hello@bakerandwhite.co.uk. Contact us as soon as possible if a payment has already been taken and you need assistance. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
