Shipping policy

We pack every order with care. For delivery questions, address corrections or a missing parcel, email hello@bakerandwhite.co.uk with your order number.

Delivery charges

  • Standard UK delivery for one-time orders: £4.99.
  • UK Express delivery: £6.99, where offered at checkout.
  • UK coffee subscriptions: £3.99 per delivery when subscriptions are available.
  • Eligible European destinations: £14.99.
  • Other supported international destinations: £23.99.

Available services, destination eligibility, any qualifying free-delivery offer and the final charge are shown at checkout before you pay. We can only accept delivery addresses supported at checkout. Mixed baskets or goods shipped separately can affect the total delivery charge; review your total before placing the order.

Dispatch and delivery

Any specific dispatch or delivery estimate displayed with your order or agreed with you applies. Dispatch is the point at which an order leaves us; delivery is when it reaches you. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

If you need coffee by a particular date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible. Selecting Express delivery does not itself guarantee same-day dispatch. Unless we agree another delivery period with you, we will deliver within 30 days of your order.

We will let you know if we become aware of a significant delay. If delivery does not take place within the agreed period, your statutory rights to require delivery or cancel and receive a refund remain unaffected.

Address details and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address before payment. If you notice an error, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once the parcel is dispatched. If a delivery is missed, follow the carrier's redelivery or collection instructions and contact us if you need help.

If a parcel is missing or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as you can. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Photographs of any damage can help, but are not a condition of your statutory rights. We remain responsible for goods until you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession, subject to any statutory exception for a carrier you independently arrange.

Subscriptions

Where enabled, subscriptions repeat weekly, every two weeks or monthly according to the plan selected. UK shipping is charged at £3.99 for each delivery, in addition to the coffee price. The schedule is a recurring-order frequency, rather than a guarantee of arrival on an exact weekday. Review the recurring total and next scheduled order details before subscribing.

International orders

We offer international delivery only to the destinations available at checkout. Customs processing can affect arrival dates. Any import duty, import VAT or local clearance charge not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient under the destination's rules. Check these before ordering; we do not describe every international order as duty-paid.

Collection, returns and contact

Collection is available only where offered at checkout or separately agreed with us. Our registered office is not an advertised collection location. For return arrangements, see our Return and Refund Policy.
