OTHERWISE KNOWN AS AMY & TOBY
During 2020, we and many others found a new appreciation and learnt the benefits of getting outside and exploring what our local communities have to offer.
With a passion for great food and drink, meeting new people and a desire to travel, Baker & White Coffee Co. was born.
We have so much to come and are very excited to start our next adventure with Baker & White and we hope you will come along with us.
ON A MISSION
THERE ARE SO MANY AMAZING PRODUCERS, CAFÉS AND ROASTERS TO CHOOSE FROM.
We want to complement and add to the booming café scene across the UK but bring our own style and stories to our brand, bringing the best quality products to our customers.
On top of serving directly from the van, we know that the world is also moving online, and we will make sure that we are providing a great selection of products on our dedicated webstore.
As well as providing the best food and drink, we will also focus on supporting local charities.

WE ALWAYS HAVE A HAND MADE SELECTION OF CLASSIC AND MODERN CAKES AND BAKES
We feel there is nothing better than showcasing quality ingredients and we will be working with local producers and suppliers so that we know exactly where everything is coming from. We want to be as transparent as possible so that you know where our food is coming from and therefore we will make it clear on our menus and website.
OUR DRINKS
WE ARE SO EXCITED TO BE WORKING WITH ONE OF THE BEST MICRO ROASTERS ON THE SOUTH COAST.
Determined to bring speciality coffee to a wider audience we will be roasting our blend and speciality offer locally in Southampton. We will offer our house and decaf blends and soon hope to offer seasonal releases.
Along with our coffee offerings, we will also be serving a range of speciality teas and a fantastic hot chocolate from UK based chocolate brand Refuge.
Alongside our hot drink menu, we will also be serving a selection of cold drinks.
WE CARE
We are committed to ensuring that we are doing the absolute most we can throughout our entire business.
We are more than aware of the damage that single use plastics are having on the planet, we are committed to ensuring that we do our part by not using any single use plastics including our cups and packaging.
We will also be working on gaining our B-Corp certification, Certified B Corporations are businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.
B Corps are accelerating a global culture shift to redefine success in business and build a more inclusive and sustainable economy.
We won’t be perfect from day one, but we will constantly learn and improve as we grow, and our customers and partners have our commitment on that.
